To the Esteemed Primogen Council of St. Ardent,
I trust this message finds each of you in control of your domains and mindful of the delicate balance we are all sworn to uphold.
It has come to my attention that the recent actions of the coterie within the St. Ardent Science Museum and its Conservation Center have raised questions, concerns, and in some cases, disapproval. I will be clear. While their methods may not align with the decorum we prefer, their objective was not without purpose, nor without my awareness of the broader necessity at hand.
What was retrieved from that facility is not merely an artifact or curiosity. It is a piece of a larger conflict that continues to unfold beneath the surface of our city. The Hunters who have encroached upon St. Ardent grow bolder. They adapt. They learn. And they are no longer operating blindly.
The items secured by the coterie are vital to our ongoing efforts to suppress, misdirect, and ultimately dismantle these incursions. We cannot afford ignorance in this matter. Not now.
Let me also take this opportunity to reiterate, without ambiguity, that the current feeding restrictions remain in place. These measures are not punitive. They are protective. Every careless indulgence risks exposure. Every breach of restraint feeds the very forces seeking our eradication. Discipline is not a burden. It is survival.
You are the pillars of our society. I expect each of you to act accordingly.
I ask that you extend your support to the coterie. Should information pass through your domains that may aid them, it is to be relayed without delay. If resources can be spared, they are to be offered. If guidance is required, it is to be given. Their success is not isolated. It is tied directly to the continued stability of St. Ardent itself.
There are, however, layers to what has been uncovered. Fragments. Records. Echoes of intent left behind by those who believed themselves unseen. I would encourage each of you, should curiosity or prudence guide you, to examine what has been recovered with a careful eye.
Not all knowledge announces itself plainly. Some of it waits to be found by those willing to look beyond the obvious.
Consider what may be hidden within the records now in our possession. Consider what might be learned from systems not originally meant for us. Access is available to those who know where to look, and more importantly, how to enter.

I will not elaborate further in this medium.
Remain vigilant. Remain united.
St. Ardent endures because we choose it to.
