It is my distinct pleasure, and no small burden, to present an assessment of the coterie you so… generously assembled from the court.
I will begin with the obvious.
They are, without question, among the most chaotic, ill-mannered, and theatrically unrefined Kindred I have had the displeasure of overseeing in recent memory.
And yet…
They are effective.
Annoyingly so.

The coterie demonstrates a consistent inability to conduct themselves with even the most basic decorum expected within your domain.
They interrupt.
They improvise.
They make decisions with all the grace of a barroom brawl and none of the choreography.
And still… they succeed.
Where others would stall in deliberation, they act.
Where others would conceal themselves behind politics, they descend into the filth beneath our city and return with answers.
Messy answers. Incomplete answers. Often blood-soaked answers.
But answers nonetheless.
They interrupt.
They improvise.
They make decisions with all the grace of a barroom brawl and none of the choreography.
And still… they succeed.
Where others would stall in deliberation, they act.
Where others would conceal themselves behind politics, they descend into the filth beneath our city and return with answers.
Messy answers. Incomplete answers. Often blood-soaked answers.
But answers nonetheless.
OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
They have, to their credit:
• Located and pursued Elias Grady
• Identified and retrieved data tied to “Roots”
• Survived encounters with hunter cells
• Recovered the Nosferatu Primogen
• Confirmed ward failure beneath the city
They have also uncovered truths the Tremere either could not or would not disclose.
This alone makes them… useful.

Let me be perfectly clear.
They are not professionals.
They are not subtle.
And they are certainly not polite.
One speaks out of turn as though Elysium were a tavern.
Another treats violence as both solution and punctuation.
A third exists somewhere between brilliance and catastrophe.
And yet…
They move as a unit when pressed.
It is… almost charming.
In the way a loaded firearm left on a ballroom table might be described as “interesting.”

Despite every instinct urging replacement, I cannot ignore the results.
They go where others hesitate.
They uncover what others overlook.

They survive.
